The future of 135 Four Seasons leasehold care homes remains unclear despite H/2 Capital Partners buying the 185 freehold properties for £350m. The care home operator said it is ‘actively engaging’ with landlords over its failure to pay them rent this month but sources have told CM there is a lack of ‘confidence in discussions’….
