Belgium: Cofinimmo to acquire three care homes in Germany and plans one in Spain

Belgium-based real estate investor, Cofinimmo, has announced another round of acquisitions. It will acquire three nursing and care homes in Germany – two in Essenheim and one in Bruchmühlbach-Miesau, and plans to build a new property in Andalucia, Spain.
