Germany: AviaRent acquires senior care facility in Rhineland-Palatinate

AviaRent Invest, the Frankfurt headquartered subsidiary of Luxembourg-based fund management company AviaRent Capital Management, has acquired the 169-place Johanneshaus residential and care facility in Nierstein, Rhineland-Palatinate.
