Australia: Infratil and Morrison to buy Qscan

New Zealand-based infrastructure company Infratil and Australian investment firm Morrison are to buy a majority stake in Qscan Radiology Clinics, the Queensland-focused, radiologist owned and operated diagnostic medical imaging provider, from Quadrant Private Equity.
